Good evening Umunnem, we have had a long unstructured deliberations and it was all encompassing; issued raised are well noted and am happy we went this far to x-ray all the happenings in Ideani. I must commend the people that really gave their words of advice, criticisms, and futuristic plans for the youths of Ideani.
The issue with us is that there is no cut out plans for the youths and even when we have one, only but a few of us would summon the courage to come out. We are always good at talking, suggesting and never would have the courage to come to participate or take part in most of the activities happening around us.
How many of our Youths are interested in our local politics and what position? ( that aside) Let's make ourselves available for the great community service and not just the talk. Let's walk the talk. Please, it is a well known fact that we are not ok with the constitution of the CTC, but I must encourage us to let it slide, they are here already, let's overlook their activities and bring up or come up with our own plans.
How many of us are willing, dedicated and committed to work for the growth of our community? How many of us are willing to render selfless services without thinking of what we stand to gain? How many of us are ready to spend our individual resources for the growth of our community? Let’s be aware that we can’t achieve anything by talking without adequate action plans to follow up.
What project do you really think we should execute and give detailed ways of achieving it, let's be focused and pursue oneness. With this, when it is time to select whoever will be the PG, Igwe and other positions, the youth will surely be a force to reckon with. There should be a remarkable project with which the youth would be identified with by the community.
Thank you all, we should be expecting our collective, detailed and workable plan for our dear Community. The Excos are always ready to assist without any delay, God bless you all.
