"He is black" Police release the transcript of the call that led to George Floyd's arrest

Minneapolis Police officially released a transcript of the call that led to the death of George Floyd (according to CNN)

Here's the full transcript:

Operator: Okay you're onto 911, what is the address of the emergency ? 

Caller: [described the address]

Operator: What's wrong and how can we help you?

Caller: Um, somebody came to our store few minutes ago and gave us fake bills. We had already let him go before we could realise that the bill was fake but he is currently sitting in his car just outside the store. He seemed drunk when we confronted him, we told him to give us our cigarettes back and take his fake bills but he refused. He is definitely not in control of himself.

[The caller was asked to described George's Van, which he did]

Operator: So this guy has your cigarettes whilst he gave a counterfeit bill and then he is under the influence of something ?

[the Operator further asked about his physical look and gender]

Operator: Is he White, black, Native, Hispanic, Asian?

Caller: Um...

Operator: Please tell us; is he White, black, Native, Hispanic, Asian?

Caller: He is Black

Operator: [sighed...]

[The Operator asked about the Caller's wellbeing]

Operator: We will be right there. And please keep an eye on his vehicle!.....
