There are things which you’re doing every day and you’ve already made those as habits that they seem totally normal the way you’re doing them. But no, if you know how to do stuff the right way instead of your habitual way, your life will change!
1. Holding a Beer.
When drinking anything in a wine glass or bottle, we tend to hold the body of the drink. But our hands conduct heat, and doing this affects its temperature of the drink. Instead, we should hold beer at the bottle’s neck, and wine at the stem of the glass.
2. Brushing your Teeth.
We should be brushing our teeth softly, and for around two minutes every time. And despite what you may have been told – brushing your teeth right before or after a meal is a bad idea.
3. Wearing Headphones.
If your headphones keep falling out of your ear, it might be because you’re not wearing them correctly. Try looping them around the top of your earlobe, like this:

The best position to sleep is on your back – but if you sleep on your side, keep a cushion in between your legs to keep your spine aligned.
5. Cooling drinks
You might just pop a bottle in the fridge or freezer to cool it down on a hot day. But the best thing to do is wrap it in tissue first.
6.Washing Jeans
Instead of washing your jeans after every wear, which will lighten that wash you paid good money for and force you to endure the hell that is Doing Laundry, store them in the freezer, which will remove odor and help you delay doing laundry for a little while longer.
7.Heating food in Microwave
The next time you heat up leftovers in the microwave, make sure you create a small hole in the middle of the food on your plate. Doing this will allow the microwave to heat your meal evenly.
8. Cancelling secrets
To make sure no one can read something you've written, don't just scribble it out using a bunch of lines. Instead, cover it with different words and random letters.
