SANUSI, NOT AN ASSET IN 0UR HETEROGENOUS ENVIRONMENT BY SAMPSON ANEZU.

Deposed Emir, Sanusi is merely hypocritical, he is not an asset in heterogeneous environment like ours because he is sectional, pro North and an Islamic extremist.Just like  his friend, Nasir El Rufai of Kaduna State who like him enjoyed "malam" attached to their names,they are pandering populism and liberalism but they are ultra conservatives who are not happy with huge gap between the North and South. They therefore used every opportunity availed to them to retard the South.El Rufai did  that as F. C. T Minister through his restoration  of  original master plan of Abuja  city.

Sanusi as the  CBN Governor and in the name of  banking  reforms destroyed the banks owned by the Southerners. Cecilia Ibru will always remember   Sanusi,she and  her Oceanic bank went into oblivion. Sanusi and El Rufai are proud  of their academic attainment in the benighted part of the country they are therefore very ambitious,they love power and believe in dominance of the North,their ultimate  aim is to become  President and rule  Nigeria.

Towards actualization of this dream,they have some friends from  the South as a facade to portray them as enlightened, detribalized and moderate minds but like our President,  Major General Muhammad Buhari,they are clannish and fundamentalists.The dethroned Emir, Sanusi has a degree in Sharia law  from  a Sudanese University, when he came back to Nigeria,he became a leader in Wahhabism,the  conservative  segment  of Sunni Islam and a movement among fundamentalists.He led a mob in Kano that  beheaded in a Police  station, Gideon  Akaluka, a Christian accused of desecrating the Koran. On leaving  the Central Bank of Nigeria,his next destination should have been  either the World Bank, IMF or African Development Bank (ADB) but Sanusi dropped and discarded his fine British ties, suits and trousers,the First Class economist, retrogressed, degenerated and descended into feudal enclave ,he used his powerful connections to grapped the emirship throne and became the Paramount traditional ruler. He  then started attirring and adorning himself  in a flowing garment,wearing headscarf and covering his face like a  masquerade.He has a harem of four wives and several children yet his unbridled tongue condemns reproduction without rearing in Northern Nigeria which breeds almajiris and other anti social elements.

He talks about economy in platitude and hardship effecting the Northern masses yet he has several limousines and palaces.How does he even live in this hypocrisy? Now, that he has been dethroned,politics will become the next vocation, to rule Nigeria.

Already, the ruling party,APC has become a sort of cauldron, 2023 is tearing the party apart  and Sanusi  very soon will join the key actors in the scrambling for the party structure and  struggle of who  becomes the next occupant of Aso Villa.They are also scheming how to throw  some crumbs from their table like vice presidency to  Ndigbo.Well, 2023 will surely come but it has become an imperative for Nigerians to talk, renegotiate the unity of this country and halt the advancement of centrifugal forces.
