The same government that allows political office holders (eg Senators and House of Rep members) to be going home with over ₦360,000,000 every month and 95℅ of Nigerians are languishing in abject penury is planning to impose different forms of taxes on an already impoverished masses of Nigeria. That is witchcraft!
This same Federal government operates over 300 Ministries, Departments, Agencies, Parastatals... majority of them not only useless, but confirmed drain-pipe to the nation's resources. For instance, what is the economic importance of the "Nuclear Regulatory Agency"?
This Agency has a Permanent Secretary, Drivers, Accountants and all
manner of staff that are receiving salaries/allowances from Federal
government's purse with no corresponding contribution to the same.purse.
And there are so many of this kind of Agencies or Ministries that exist and are siphoning funds, meant for development of.the country and for the good of the common man, without adding any economic value to the polity we call Nigeria.
Mr Integrity could initiate reforms that may cut down on some of these bogus government expenditures in order to make more funds available for real infrastructural developments. That will be fighting the main source/cause of depletion of the country's fund and the #realdeal in Fighting CORRUPTION. Not this lip service...
The truth remains that the passion for REVOLUTION is burning within the subconscious minds of many SOWORE'S in Nigerian today. And no amount of oppression, suppression, intimidation or harassment will deter the people from organising themselves to demand for a better governance by the time agitations gather momentum.
A word is enough...
